    Customer Service Telephone Platforms –Training Trainers

    Aimed at  working staff who currently carry out continuous training of the telephone customer service staff of  all the Gas Natural Fenosa companies in Spain.

     

    Its objective is to train the Trainers in the specific customer service operational systems and processes in order to ensure an individualised continuity of the training programmes developed by the Energy Training Centre for telephone customer service staff.
