Programme designed for new staff dealing with the public in Gas Centres belonging to partner installer companies of Gas Natural Comercial.
Objective: To train new staff in the use of the tools, procedures and rules applicable to customer service, in order to noticeably reduce the time needed to adapt to the new post while meeting stringent quality requirements and paying special attention to attitude issues with respect to communication with customers.
The training programme consists of a total of 80 hours live tuition, both theoretical and practical, over 11 and a half sessions of 7 hours each.
Although participants are from all parts of Spain, the courses took place in Madrid and Barcelona, as classrooms with connections to Gas Natural's IT network were required.
The programme provided a total of 800 hours of training to 10 professionals.
