Aimed at new staff working as Energy Sales Technicians selling gas products in Gas Natural Comercial's Task Force partner companies.
Objective: To acquire the communication and operational skills needed in sales activities with customers or potential customers.
The training programme consists of a single 8-hour session of live theoretical and practical tuition.
Participants are from the Autonomous Community of Galicia. The programme has provided a total of 128 hours of training to 16 participants.
