For staff working in the Tucuman customer service telephone platform in Gas Natural BAN in Argentina.
Objective: To provide basic knowledge of gas and the Gas Natural Group and specific training on the SVG Maintenance product in order to effectively sell it over the telephone in the Argentine market.
The training programme consists of 39 hours of live theoretical and practical tuition, plus 24 hours of direct support.
The programme has provided a total of 2,457 hours of training to 63 participants.
