Programme designed for staff dealing with the public in Gas Centres belonging to partner installer companies of Gas Natural México.
Objective: To train Gas Centre staff in the use of the tools, procedures and rules applicable to customer service, in order to optimise the quality of the service provided and paying special attention to attitude issues with respect to communication with customers.
The programme began in 2008, and 30 hours of live practical and theoretical tuition were provided in 2009.
The courses took place in Mexico DF, León and Monterrey. The programme has provided a total of 4,110 hours of training to 137 participants
