The Gas Natural Foundation in Spain, through the Energy Training Centre, has organised a course on "Telephone platforms. Customer service and sales". This is the first international activity by the Energy Training Centre.
A wide range of subjects have been covered during the course, from more general topics, such as an introduction to natural gas and cultural questions, to more specific matters such as knowledge of installation procedure or sales.
The course was given to a group who received 25 hours of tuition and 40 hours of additional support.
