The program, which will be held in Lisbon, is oriented Sales Agents involved in the marketing of electrical products to the market for small and medium businesses throughout mainland Portugal.
The educational objectives are to improve sales techniques and communication skills with potential customers and to ensure better management of the internal operations of Gas Natural Group, related to the sales process to customers.
The Portuguese electricity market liberalization is scheduled in January 2011.
