The seminar examines the main environmental effects of tourism on the environment in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, giving as yet unpublished data from the Third Andalusian Sustainability Report.

Criteria for the advanced environmental management of tourism activities and companies in Andalusia are also put forward. From an energy perspective, specially designed savings and efficiency solutions for the tourism sector are proposed.
