History of the Collection

The Gas Museum contains a collection of some 3,500 pieces and objects related to the world of gas, which have been collected since 1977. Of note is the Catalana de Gas collection, formed by household appliances popularly known as gas appliances, belonging to the period between the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
