This is one of the activities carried out in the framework of the cooperation agreement signed with the Regional Government of Madrid. This exhibition, organised by the Ministry for the Environment of the regional Government of Madrid and the Environmental Research and Development Foundation (FIDA), which is linked to the Ministry, presents the environmental problems of a city in Spain today. Visitors are offered guidelines to gain a better knowledge of the urban environment and, at the same time, there are visits to schools to encourage young people to adopt responsible attitudes to their immediate environment.

 

This year, 2004, the exhibition was held in Navacerrada in January, and at the Technological Centre for the Environment in Valdemingómez from February to June.
