The Ministry for Tourism and the Environment of the Government of La Rioja is carrying out an active programme of measures, to ensure that the region’s economic and social development is accompanied by improved environmental quality.

The complementary objectives of the two institutions have led to this seminar being set up, with the aim of contributing to the training of technicians, professionals and managers for the environment, in the common task of making economic progress compatible with the protection of the surroundings.
