Seminar on Communication and Leadership organised in Algiers on 15 and 16 June with the participation of the Gas Natural Foundation, the Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Algerian National Institute of Commerce, the Algerian National Institute for Productivity and Industrial Development, the Higher Institute of Management and Planning, and the Continuing Education Institute (IDEC) of the Pompeu Fabra University.

The programme analysed the basics of communication in organisations starting with the significance of "what is said" and "how it is said", and indicating the tools that company managers need to improve communication and professional effectiveness.

The seminar was aimed at business people, heads and managers of companies, as well as economists, lawyers, high ranking civil servants and, in general, at professionals with team building responsibilities.
